Tagawa Gardens is located one mile south of Arapahoe Rd. and one mile north
of E-470, on South Parker Rd. Our driveway the first right south of Broncos
Parkway, at Mile Marker 64, we share a driveway with Big Horn Landscape Materials.

Tagawa Gardens Return Guideline

We wish to create a supportive and comfortable shopping experience for our community, however in order to make everyone's experience equally enjoyable, we adhere to the following guidelines for returning merchandise to Tagawa Gardens.

Trees & Shrubs (this is posted in our store at our exit and in our Tree & Shrub Dept. )
We offer a one year return on the price paid for your tree or shrubs.  Simply return the failed items and receipt to us within one year of purchase date and we will offer you in store credit in the amount of the purchase price.  If no receipt is available, we offer 50% of the current price as an in store credit. In either case, we need the failed plant back to honor the guarantee.


Return failed item to our outdoor Tree and Shrub Dept.--they will initial your receipt that the item was returned, then send you to Customer Service for your in store credit. If you purchase the same tree or shrub with your in store credit, that tree or shrub cannot be returned for credit.

Houseplants
We offer a 45 day return on the price paid for the plant, if the plant is in its original pot. If the plant has been transplanted by someone other than our staff, the plant is not guaranteed.  Please return the failed plant and your receipt to our Customer Service Dept. Without a receipt, we will issue an in store credit of 50% of the current price of the plant.


Red Dot  and clearance items are not guaranteed. 


Please see our Customer Service Dept immediately if you are having a concern about a bonsai.

Rose Bushes
We offer a return opportunity through Oct 31 of the year purchased. An in store credit will be issued for the price paid for the plant when the failed plant and the receipt are returned.

Perennials:
We offer a one year  return on the price paid for your perennial.  Return the failed item and your receipt to our Customer Service Dept  within one year of purchase date and we will offer you in store credit in the amount of the purchase price.

Annuals:
We are unable to accept returns of these plants. If you are having a concern with an annual, please contact our Customer Service Dept.

Garden Supplies, Gifts, Patio Furniture:
If you wish to return these items, an in store credit will be issued for the price paid. If you wish, we can issue a refund based on the method used for payment, provided that the item is re-saleable or had a manufacturer's defect.. Please return the item and your receipt to our Customer Service Dept.

Regarding cash back for items:
We can only issue cash back for a purchase if you have your receipt, and originally paid with cash. No cash back without a receipt. Purchases by check will be refunded by check within 14 days of return, and only when accompanied by a receipt.
